It has been discussed about the concept of Islamic unity in Iran, from Qajar era to now. This concept formed with a field of religious awareness and in response to the West and Colonialism in the new era. At first, Islamic unity grew up in the Indian subcontinent, and then, in Ottoman Empire and Iran. This concept in connection with conceptual triangle; Degeneration, Superstitions, Monotheism, was perused in Iran. However, it preserved its main attributes, in connection with this plan and extension in the Muslim World. The main attribution of this discussion, plan and its extension in theological context was under the conceptual dichotomy of Radicalism / Secularism that made it inefficient.

The manuscripts are important sources of research in the field of Islamic civilization in the world. Part of this heritage belongs to Shiite community. There are common elements and similar strong belief and behavior of the Bektashi School, light teachings of Ahl-al Bayt (AS), a Sufi format; it signifies that they are, no doubt, part of the Shiite community far from the original. A preliminary research of typology of Bektashi ancient texts, shows that the largest effects are on the general topic of the Bektashi Sufi Ottoman Turkish language, customs of cemevis, with biography and quoting the words of the Bektashi leaders, strange legends of Bektashi leader, especially Haji Bektash Vali; also semi-divine Imam Ali (AS) and more influences of teachings of Imam Sadiq (AS), along with trace of exaggerative elements and interpretation of Shia ideas, especially on the issue of friendship and aversion of right usurpers of Ahl al-Bayt (AS). Method of this article is descriptive and librarical, mainly based on Bektashi manuscripts in the libraries of Turkey.

The issue of practicing Shia law in the period before the Pontificate of Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH) is something that many consider it vague and even does not come to mention it and have been passed by without talking about more. Clarifying this issue in the period that have mentioned can create new windows in the science of jurisprudence. The investigation of present study and the first jurisprudence after the death of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and his progeny before Imam Muhammad Baqir(PBUH), looking how to act and obtain and review the Jurisprudence of Shi'a for this period; The time when the first four Shi'a Imams with numerous problems such as facing Umayyad rules, lack of concern on jurisprudential issues for the later periods, the events after the incident of Karbala and not having a strong Shi'a government for the development and spread of pure Shi'a jurisprudence. Jurisprudential story and narration from history shows that the Shi'as are practicing the methods of Ijtihad based on the principles induced by the Imams in Shiite cities far from the center, questioning him directly, question his companions and followers and Shi'a scholars or going back to written that have left from Imams from before such as Imam Hassan and Imam Sajjad or their companions such as Abu Raf’e and his two sons and they were finding the issue of their jurisprudences. Indeed sometimes the Shi'as before Imam Baqir, they were going to non- Shi'a scholars to get the answer of legal issues

Argumentative Approach of Imam al-Sadiq in Refutation of Theological Objections This article considers the approach of Imam Al-Sadiq in answering the theological questions and objections. The traditions (al-Ahadith) in which the way of Imam Sadiq has been narrated, show that when he debates with followers of different Islamic denominations or with disbelievers, makes use the arguments. Therefore, the main result of the research in the traditions is that Imam Sadiq usually uses one of many kinds of arguments to reject objections. The author proves this claim by narrating traditions in regard with the approach of Imam Sadiq who has set forth six kinds of proofs: first principles, observables, empirical facts, the principles of testimony, conjectures and innate ideas.

“Tafsir al-Quran al-Hakim “, known as “al-Manar” is one of the most important interpretations in fourteen century of Hegira which has created a new school in realm of Quranic interpretation that needs to be researched. This essay investigates the Almanar’s jurisprudential approach in descriptive and analytical manner and concludes that “rejecting unreasonable following of earlier words “, “decreasing of jurisprudence’s realm “and “jurisprudence based on expedience“, are obvious characteristics of the writer of Almanar’s jurisprudential approach. Mentioned characteristics finally highlights “secularization of worldly affairs“ (it means all jurisprudent’s realm except prayers).

Identification of Androgynyby counting the number of ribs is a contradictory issue in the Islamic jurisprudence, advocates of which rely on the narratives about the creation of woman from man’s ribs and the creation of Eve from Adam's ribs. The most authentic one is a narrative by Shurayh Qadi. By studying the history and the chain of narrations, as well as their changing trend, the fabricated narratives will be identified. Exclusive study of Shurayh Qadi's narrative has also unveiled its different problems both relating to Sanad, the chain of narration, and Matn, the text of the narrative. The contradictory narratives and evidences of forgery, especially disagreement of Shurayh Qadi's narrative with scientific accepted premises, increase the possibility of its fabrication. Therefore, it is not possible to rely on the narrative to prove the validity of the number of ribs as a criterion for the identification of sex and to prove the possibility of real sex reassignment.

We can study the relationship between the infallible Imam and mystic journey on two very general perspectives. First one is relationship between the infallible Imam and mystical path and the other one is the relationship between the infallible Imam and the seeker. About the first one, our premise is that, firstly, the Imam constitutes the mystical path and mystic journey does not come to an achievement without him. Second, the status of "Imam" in mysticism is as the Prophet, not the same as normal people and even the masters of mystic journey and the complementary perfects. Associated with the relationship between the Imam and the seeker, we want to prove that the infallible Imam help and guide every human being in the path of mystic journey and in approaching to Allah. We can explain the relationship between the infallible Imam and mystic journey to Allah on two perspectives: first the relationship between Imam and Path of mystic journey that he constitutes the mystical path. And second his relationship with the seeker. Therefore Imam is associated with all seekers on the spiritual path and his grace applies to them
