Antinomism is one of the threats in religious communities. This is rooted in a number of factors. One of the important factors of this is exaggeration(Gholov) thought, with a brief historical study of this discourse, it becomes clear that wherever this thought has come about, it has also occurred. In other words, these two are related to one another, and one does not exist without the other. This research first seeks to explain the existence of spirit of antinomism among the Ghalian, then criticizing these justifications by explaining their arguments in this regard. Their reasons for escaping of their religious obllegation are very loose and fragile, and therefore the title of justification is used instead of reason. What is surprising is the willingness of individuals to think about this, which is due to the people's comfortableness and endolence spirit, their lack of knowledge and disinformation, the misuse of the leaders of the Gholov, and the incitement of diverted rulers and politicians. The present study is an analytical approach seeking to discover the relationship between the exaggeration(Gholov) thought and the spirit of antinomism.
