from the Islamic mysticism point of view Monotheism (Unification) is the same as unity of existence. But some jurists have rejected this belief and also, they have called infidels those who believe in such idea.
This research tries to evaluate jurists’ judgment (fatwa) in this case.
This article demonstrates that according to Islamic mysticism’s opinion, being (وجود) is self-existent. So, the actual existence (وجود) and existent (موجود) are ascribed solely to God. Actually, the mystics have not denied created beings from the basis, but they have believed that existence and existent attribute created beings metaphorically and everything other than God are indication of God and they are not real.
Therefore, firstly mystics’ viewpoint in the unity of existence concept is different from jurist’s ones. Secondly, it can be proved that this issue does not require any denial of the necessities of religion and also Islamic mystics have not rejected these too, according to the documented explanation of the unity of existence.
